I knew a geh in Chicago who had extra extra big tumba like that. She was African American. She was a prostitute. We used to go to the same dance club (The Wild Hare) and I got to know her. Cool girl. But I felt so bad when she told me almost in tears one night that, "Her ass was her curse".
