What is your favorite Liberian dish or American

It would have to be Cassava Leaf and parboiled rice for me...with shrimp, crab, bony, chicken, dried fish and anything else you can put inside it, but with palm oil of course...because some people can cook it with argo oil. I never had it that way before.

next in line is Palava sauce and parboiled rice. I don't care much for white rice.

My favorite dish used to be Cassava Leaf prior to the Liberian Civil war. I ate da shate too much I am fed up. Now Torborgee is heading the chat. : :) :)

Cassava leaf wid plenty red oil and chicken feet.

My favorite is Cassava Leaf. Since I could remember my mother or grandmother used to cook it for me every birthday and to this day they still do. I got some in my freezer now, I will probably cook it this weekend.

I prefer Pepper Soup and Fufu, bitterleaf and fufu with rice afterward...Sometime Palmbutter after getting rid of all the oil. I am not a big oil person..
