Dr. Melvin Johnson, a Liberian-American and the first Black Chief Judge of Lithonia, Georgia, will this Friday December 19, 2008 at 9:30 PM appear on Liberia Speaks to focus attention on the US justice system and his own rise to judgeship in the United States. He is also expected to discuss law and order, youth and crime, and crime and punishment in the US, according to a release issued to The Liberian Journal.
