That particular cartoon was produced to make fun of Mormons and was not produced by the Church of Latter-Day Saints. It is a bad joke. It is false. It does not reflect the theology of the Mormon church.

If you look at the thing sef, talkin bout... The God of Mormons live on a mysterious planet near a star with countless wives that produced millions of children through endless celestial sex...Mehnnn move from here yah!

The Book of Mormon says that "he inviteth them all to come unto him and partake of his goodness; and he denieth none that come unto him, [b]black and white, bond and free, male and female; and he remembereth the heathen; and all are alike unto God, both Jew and Gentile." (2 Nephi 26:33).
