| Liberian Expert Austin Fallah Urges Rule of Law in Liberia…”Reinstate Isaac Nyenabo” By: Staff ReporterMr. Austin Fallah, a US-based Liberian financial expert, has called for the re-instatement of Senator Isaac Nyandibo without any precondition. In an exclusive telephone interview with The Liberian Journal over the weekend, the brilliant Liberian specialist said:” By refusing to respect the highest court’s order the Senators concerned would send a wrong message to the masses”. It can be recalled that Senator Isaac Nyenabo, Pro-tempore of the Liberian Senate, was last August suspended by his colleagues for what they called “administrative ineptitude” and “his closeness to President Johnson-Sirleaf”. But the National Democratic Party of Liberia (NDPL) of which Senator Nyenabo represents filed a petition to the Supreme Court and prayed it to order the reinstatement of the senator on ground that he was unconstitutionally suspended. | Mr. Nyenabo should realized that the failure of the executive to enforce the decision of the Supreme court is primarily due to the incompetence of Ma Ellen as head of the executive branch. Ma Ellen is flip flopping on the decision of the court and it has cause embarrasement for her and the liberian pepo Mr. Fallah. | |

| Settro-The issue here is that the Liberian Senate and the Liberian Legislature in general must respect the rule of law, if the nation must continue to enjoy the just found
semblance of democracy. Liberians understand the lackadaisical attitude the executive branch of the Liberian government continues to demonstrate when it comes to decision coming out of the court system of Liberia but that should in no way be used as an alibi by the Senate to show impertinence to the highest court’s decision.
Reference to the question asked by the other fellow as to whether Austin S. Fallah is an expect. Austin S. Fallah is an expect in finance based on his education (Economic, Business Administration and Finance/Marketing) and experience in public (Governments-USA and Liberia-as a decision and policy maker for millions of people in financial matters) and private (Corporate USA and Liberia) sectors of the mentioned areas and nations.

| Commissioner, i understand the legality surrounding the issue and i agree with u that he should be reinstated until the full bench review the matter and make a decision. I disagree with those who think it is solely an internal affair. I will still need to review the standing rule of the Liberian Senate in order to be conclusive in my argument though. | |

| Chapter 5...Article 47 The Senate shall elect once every six years a President Pro Tempore who shall preside in the absence of the President of the Senate, and such other officers as shall ensure the proper functioning of the Senate. The President Pro Tempore and other officers so elected may be removed from office for cause by resolution of a two-thirds majority of the members of the Senate.
With this clause, i think the majority of the senate don't have the vote: (18 to 12 out of 30).
