Fahngon (The Journal's Chief Correspondent)(MONROVIA-October 07, 2008): The Group of Companies of black American billionaire, Robert Johnson and the United States Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) have announced the establishment of US$100-million Finance Protocol that would support and promote investment in Liberia. Under the program, the two United States based companies would implement various projects including affordable housing units that would be financed on a project-by-project basis, a statement from the Executive Mansion Tuesday said.
