Seven Liberians Perished in Fire in Philadelphia By: Staff Reporter Seven Liberians died in southwest Philadelphia when fire gutted a three-story building around 10pm last night. The Liberian Journal’s correspondent reported that the victims include three adults and four children. The fire, which started in the basement, grew strength and quickly spread to other parts of the building. Earlier reports seem to indicate that a kerosene heater may have sparked the fire. Full Story
