LIBERIAN FAMILY IN PERIL: A POVERTY REDUCTION NIGHTMARE?

From grade school I learned that the family is the smallest organizational unit in society. I also learned that the family is the taproot from which society draws nutrients for long-term survival, hence its foundation. That the Liberian family was dismembered by the civil war and rendered dysfunctional is not in question.
