Da true. In America no stealing for Liberian men to live like that. Only the paycheck and u will have to share bills with your partner. In Liberia, no paying too many bills so the men get extra if he has a good job to spend extra out there.

Krazzygirl, what can I say? My props go up to all you hardworking and independent sisters in Liberia. There is always exception to the rules. The fact of the matter is the overwhelming majority is trap because the Liberian men continue to be the dominant provider. At such, some men put their extra affairs ahead on the family interest thus the wife and children use firewood and the Missce uses electric stove.

hmm, i hear u nica but liberia now..if u dont buy the power card from lec, u will not get light-no i will pay when the month end. if you use your own generator, it will not come on without that gas. it is a little bit different here. lower value of most bills but the salaries low too.

All I got to say is Fed tax, State tax and FICA. Those three bills can help themselves to my money before I even see my check. And they can really enjoy from those of us that are single and childless. Thank God for direct deposit or else I would be depressed every two weeks from looking at my check stub
