Last week, I read Omari Jackson’s piece below in The Liberian Journal – his gripes about Liberia’s failure to produce world class athletes – and wondered what he had eaten that day to have led him to so callously undermine the gallantry of our athletes in Beijing. Like most Liberians, I truly understand his frustration at Liberia’s reluctance to invest in her athletes.
