The whole idea about keeping it in the family is bad. Her sister didn't ask her to help her out with her trash or her left over. There are lot of good guys out in the street as well as good girls. The both of them should be checking out there instead of checking on each other. They will never have a decent and happy relationship. It will always be stressful because of outside pressure.
