Speaker Tyler, Deputy Speaker Barchue and President Pro-Tempore Findley are all members of the ruling Unity party as the President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf and Chief Justice Johnny Lewis. Is Liberia gradually returning to a one party state? I can't believe that members of the house will elect a speaker who hails from the same county as the President? Is something wrong in Liberia? We have to be strong as civil society to provide the needed opposition. Democracy will survive in the present of a constructive opposition and an independent Press. We shall overcome.......
