Ganging Up On Winston Tubman: Dr. Dolo’s Risky Flirtation With “Objectivity” (Op-ed)
By: Paul JacksonA few days ago, I received a slew of telephone calls regarding a stinging diatribe of Mr. Winston Tubman that was published in the Liberian Journal by Dr. Emmanuel Dolo and Dr. Abdulaye Dukule. I could not conceal the euphoria and ambivalence that overcame me:--euphoric because I am no stranger to the dialectical extravagance and enviable sociological imagination of these two learned gentlemen; ambivalent because of the well documented fact that these two fellows are usually at polar opposites when it comes to the way President Sirleaf has been leading the nation. I was indeed anxious to examine the confluence of these great minds.
